Incredible Kobe beef experience! I came here for a late lunch with my parents after visiting Shibuya scramble. We wanted to try the prime cuts (chateaubriand/filet) but they were sold out, so we went with the 150g sirloin, and had it at 3 level of doneness, all fantastic! The kobe beef and vegetables were cooked in front of us, teppanyaki style. Then we had the first half of the cut, and were guided how to eat it - first bite on its own, second with salt, third with wasabi, fourth with garlic, then garlic and wasabi - all great combos. When we’re done with the first half, we were served the second to ensure it stays warm. Great service by our chef Honoka who was so friendly and spoke really good English (so did the rest of the staff!). The sirloin was this good - can’t imagine the better cuts. Bonus point for being halal (ps. they have halal beef menu and non halal ones as well, and serve alcohol). On the pricey side (¥30k for sirloin, ¥77k filet and ¥99k chateaubriand) but i probably as expected for the highly prized kobe beef. 100% recommended!
